Providers who received Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payments during Reporting Period 1 (April 10, 2020 – June 30, 2020) are now able to submit post-payment reporting process information through the PRF Reporting Portal. These providers have until September 10, 2021, to complete the reporting process.

PRF recipients are required to report for each Payment Received Period in which they received one or more payments exceeding, in the aggregate, $10,000 (rather than $10,000 cumulatively across all PRF payments).

HHS issued updated reporting requirements on June 11 and updated the PRF Reporting Portal FAQs on June 30.

HRSA will host recorded Reporting Technical Assistance Sessions to provide technical assistance on reporting requirements for PRF recipients and stakeholders on July 20 at 3:00 PM ET (Register here).

Additional information can be found on the HHS Provider Relief Fund Website

Impact on General Dentistry: AGD encourages members to be aware of any potential reporting obligations due to receipt of provider relief funds. The PRF established by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act has been a welcome tool to help providers receive reimbursement for pandemic-related expenses and revenue loss due to the pandemic.
