AGD is proud to announce the new Take the Floor series at AGD2024. Formerly known as Dental Pearls and Emerging Speakers presentations, this reimagined series covers relevant topics within dentistry. Submit an abstract, and help make this new chapter a resounding success!

General and course registrations for AGD2024 open tomorrow, Jan. 16! AGD’s latest scientific session continues the tradition of offering top-notch continuing education, and you can expect 86 courses, 30+ of which are hands-on. In all, you can earn up to 54 CE credits across almost all dental disciplines.

The 2024 10 Dentists to Watch list is live! This year’s group of accomplished young dentists has worn many hats — neuroscience researcher, college baseball player, LGBTQIA+ advocate and U.S. Army Reserve captain, to name a few.

While specialists like dentist anesthesiologists and oral surgeons may provide deeper levels of sedation, general dentists who have gained the appropriate training and permitting may also provide these services. Please complete a survey for AGD’s advocacy councils about how AGD members perform different levels of sedation services.
