President Trump signed the CARES Act into law on Friday, providing essential financial support to general dentists struggling from mandated office closures due to COVID-19. The CARES Act includes a financial lifeline for small businesses, sole proprietors and self-employed individuals.

AGD wants to remind members that Dental Health Products Inc. (DHPI) will continue to honor the AGDVANTAGE discount on all products that are not currently on allocation by manufacturers, such as various infection control lines.

As of Sept. 1, 2019, AGD stopped accepting any CE verification forms or rosters by mail, fax or email. All CE MUST be submitted electronically. Any CE submitted by mail, fax or email will be returned to the CE provider.

AGD is now planning to migrate to a new platform called SurveyMonkey Apply. The application for national PACE approval will be unavailable to users from Friday, April 10, 2020, until Thursday, April 30, 2020.
