The House of Delegates (HOD) is AGD’s legislative body. The AGD HOD consists of 202 delegates, based on the number of active, retired and emeritus members within each constituent. Constituents are entitled to at least one voting delegate.
HOD representatives act on behalf of their constituent members during the AGD Annual Meeting each year. The HOD can amend the AGD Constitution and Bylaws, and determine the policies that govern the organization in all its activities, except those that are specifically delegated in these Bylaws to other AGD agencies.
