Although AGD2019 officially starts Thursday, July 18, please remind constituents to consider arriving a day early to attend some of the educational sessions offered on Wednesday, July 17. These courses may serve as prerequisites for others held Thursday through Saturday. Course offerings include:

  • Fellowship Review Course
This course is held both Wednesday and Thursday, July 17 and 18, and was designed to provide a refresher in 17 dental disciplines and help members prepare for Friday’s Fellowship Exam.
  • Anesthesia and Sedation Course
In collaboration with the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists, Josh Jackstien, DMD, and Kevin Croft, DDS, will present the two-day, hands-on course, “Conscious Sedation and Other Four-Letter Words.” The first section of the course will be Wednesday morning.

  • Sleep Solutions Course
“Sleep Solutions Part I,” presented by John C. Comisi, DDS, MAGD, will take place all day Wednesday; and “Sleep Solutions Part II” will be held all day Thursday.
