Dentists who send overdue patient accounts to collection agencies in the hope of recovering monies due for treatment should be aware that the nation’s three consumer credit reporting agencies have announced that, beginning July 1, 2022, paid medical collection debt will no longer be included on consumer credit reports.

Temporomandibular disorders (TMDs) are underdiagnosed in children. In a new study, 193 children were interviewed and examined to explore associations between TMDs and both malocclusion and anxiety.
