Region 1 Establishes Recognitions in Honor of June Warren Lee, DDS, MAGD

6-28-21_Region1_Honor_AAGD Region 1 has established a recognition award and scholarship in honor of the late June Warren Lee, DDS, MAGD, who passed away in 2010. 

Numerous dentistry organizations benefited from Lee’s volunteerism over the last 40 years, including AGD. She held every leadership position in the Massachusetts AGD, was regional director of Region 1 and served on various national AGD councils. Her vision for the New England MasterTrack Program is the reason it exists today. Lee also served as president of the American Association of Women Dentists. 

Recipients of the Dr. June Warren Lee Leadership Award and Dr. June Warren Lee Student Recognition Scholarship must be Region 1 members. The deadline to apply for either is Nov. 30, 2021. The recognitions will be presented during the Region 1 caucus session, Jan. 29, 2022. Learn more and apply today.
