Call for Speakers & Course Proposals

AGD is committed to advancing excellence in oral healthcare through high-quality continuing education (CE) opportunities. We are actively seeking dynamic speakers and innovative program proposals for both live webinar and in-person learning.

What We’re Looking For

AGD invites proposals that:

• Address emerging trends, techniques, and evidence-based practices in dentistry.
• Provide practical strategies that participants can immediately apply in their practice.
• Encourage interactive, engaging learning experiences.
• Offer diverse perspectives and expertise across all areas of dentistry, practice management, and patient care.

Submission Guidelines

To be considered, please complete the Speaker Proposal Form. Required information includes:

• Course title and description
• Learning objectives
• Target audience (general dentists, specialists, hygienists, assistants, practice managers, residents, students, etc.)
• Preferred format (live in-person, live webinar, or on-demand recording)
• Speaker resume/CV, biography, and headshot
• Prior speaking experience and references (if applicable)

All proposals are reviewed by AGD’s Department of Education and Dental Education Councils. Should the proposal be suitable for future programming needs, a team member will reach out to you directly with more information.

Selection is based on:

• Relevance and value to our members and attendees
• Quality of content and clarity of objectives
• Speaker expertise and presentation style
• Balance of topics within our overall CE programming
