Description
This course explores contemporary strategies for optimizing peri-implant soft and hard tissues to achieve predictable esthetic and functional outcomes in implant dentistry. Participants will learn decision-making principles for choosing between soft tissue and bone augmentation, understand one-stage augmentation concepts, and review clinical protocols supported by real case examples and long-term results.
Learning Objectives
- Identify key clinical factors influencing peri-implant soft- and hard-tissue stability.
- Differentiate when soft tissue augmentation alone is sufficient and when bone regeneration is required.
- Apply one-stage augmentation concepts during implant placement.
- Evaluate clinical outcomes and long-term stability using evidence-based treatment strategies.
