Learning Objectives
- Understand how false beliefs and comparisons create emptiness and dissatisfaction, even with success, and how self-deception harms joy, purpose and passion.
- Discover the lies we tell ourselves, why we believe them, and the societal and psychological factors that keep them going.
- Learn and apply a five-step framework to detect when you are lying to yourself, and take actionable steps to break free from those lies.
