The AGD recommends you maintain a file, either paper or electronic file, that documents your leadership positions in a recognized dental organization. Upon completion of each year or term, have the organization complete the Volunteer Verification Service Form, available on the AGD Website. You can attach additional documentation, such annual reports identifying you in a leadership position, to each form. Representatives do not need to estimate the number of hours you dedicated to the organization.
