Once I complete all CE requirements, am I automatically registered to receive the Fellowship Award?

No, you must apply for the Fellowship Award. This online application must be submitted by Dec. 31 of the year prior to the year you want to receive the award for you to be considered for Fellowship and attend the Convocation Ceremony during the annual the AGD Scientific Session.
