AGD2025 FAQs
If you started a registration, but haven’t completed your registration, please go to the registration login page and select “login and modify.” If no password has been sent, you may need to use the “email me my password” button. The email field is case sensitive, so please enter your email address exactly as you entered it on your initial registration. If you need assistance, please contact meetings@agd.org.
If your guest is only attending the Convocation Ceremony and/or Convocation Reception, then no guest registration is required; however, you will need to purchase a guest Convocation Reception ticket when you (as the awardee) register for AGD2025.
If you and/or your guest are attending the Celebration reception, you can redeem your complimentary Celebration ticket and purchase a guest Celebration ticket.
Premium Plus members must register on or before April 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CDT to receive free registration. Any registration after April 30, 2025, will be subject to the 2025 regular member registration rate. If you have any questions, please contact meetings@agd.org or call (888) 243-3367.
Course Cancellation: Full course registration refunds, less a $50 processing fee (participation courses will be assessed an additional 10% of the course cancellation fee), will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by 11:59 p.m. CDT June 9, 2025. Cancellation requests for any reason received after June 9, will not be eligible for a refund. Please submit cancellation requests in writing to meetings@agd.org.
Review Course: All attendees who cancel their course registration will be charged a $50 processing fee automatically. If an attendee cancels his/her course registration once the course materials have been sent out, then the attendee will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the overall cost of the materials in the amount of $225 which includes the cost of the study guide in addition to the access of the course handouts regardless of whether the attendee accessed/downloaded the materials from the AGD secured site. Attendees who do not contact the AGD and cancel their registration by the date of the course will forfeit their entire course fee. Exceptions to the cancellation policy (emergencies, illness, etc.) will be considered on an individual basis and may require documentation for verification.
All cancellations and refunds will be processed within 60 days after AGD2025.

A Course Manager is a volunteer who assists speakers onsite during the AGD Scientific Session. Course Managers are responsible for:
- Welcoming attendees and formally introducing speakers
- Facilitating audience questions
- Delivering important announcements and reminders to participants
- Reporting any course-related concerns or issues to AGD staff
All Course Managers will be provided with detailed scripts and instructions in advance of the meeting. Additionally, complimentary breakfast and lunch will be available on the day(s) of assigned course(s).
Please note that Course Managers are required to register for the courses they wish to manage. However, selected Course Managers will receive a refund post-meeting as follows:
- Lecture courses – 100% refund
- Participation courses – 50% refund
AGD staff will notify selected individuals prior to the meeting with further details regarding this volunteer opportunity.
