HRSA Holding Phase 4 Provider Relief Fund Webinars

HRSA recently posted additional information and resources regarding the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Phase 4 and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural payments and announced several guidance webinar sessions for providers who may apply for the funding. Webinars will be held on:

  • Wednesday, October 13, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET – (register)
  • Thursday, October 21, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET – (register)

The webinars will cover eligibility, how payments are determined, how the application process works, and how to navigate the application portal and successfully complete an application. The application will close on October 26, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

This latest round of provider relief funding will total $25.5 billion. It will include $17 billion in Provider Relief Fund Phase 4 funding for providers who have experienced changes in operating revenues and expenses, as well as $8.5 billion in American Rescue Plan Rural funding for providers who provide Medicare, Medicaid, or Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) services to rural beneficiaries.

Impact on General Dentistry: AGD appreciates the additional funding assistance from HHS for providers and recommends that member dentists apply for this Phase 4 PRF and ARP Rural funding if eligible for either distribution.
