A new case series in General Dentistry presents two unusual cases of osteoporotic bone marrow defect (OBMD), each initially regarded as a cystic lesion with corticated margins. Clinicians should be knowledgeable about various radiologic presentations of osseous disorders of the jaws, including OBMDs.
