The AGD has recently reviewed and revised the process for how Constituents request the participation of the AGD President in Constituent events. The goal was to streamline the process and increase transparency between the AGD and Constituent regarding travel expenses.

CST has created an online form (link below) to gather information about the Constituent event and the role of the AGD President. The form must be completed at least 4-6 weeks in advance of the meeting date. Requests will be taken in the order they are received. Please notify CST when the form has been completed.

President Request Form

All questions must be answered, and incomplete requests will not be considered until the missing information is provided. The AGD President Request Form can also be found on the Leader Resource Center page of the AGD website.

The AGD will only approve requests for the President to participate during Constituent events. If the President is unavailable, the President-Elect will be considered followed by the Vice President. 

The AGD will approve only one official representative to participate in Constituent events. Other AGD leaders may attend Constituent events at their own expense, or that of the Constituent. 

The AGD will only reimburse the travel expenses of the approved representative which are not covered by the Constituent. All AGD travel expenses must be in compliance with the AGD Travel Policy.
