The AGD Strategic and Tactical Assessment and Response (STAR) program provides constituencies with a team of trained facilitators and staff to help during brainstorming, strategic planning and goal-setting meetings. The AGD STAR program helps constituencies create key action plans and work with constituency leaders to ensure these plans are useful in meeting project deadlines. Additionally, following every AGD STAR program appointment, constituencies will be given a written summary to review for internal project purposes.
