How to Build a Patient Base That Matches Your Clinical Standards
Date(s)Description
With 25 years working alongside dental practice owners, John Riley has seen the same pattern hundreds of times: A highly skilled clinician has a full schedule but isn’t doing the dentistry they trained for — and can't figure out why.
The problem is rarely effort. Most dentists are working hard. But they’re working hard for the wrong patients — and it shows up in collections. The truth is that the data sitting in your practice management software could tell you exactly where the disconnect is, but most practice owners don't know how to use it to find these gaps.
Riley is joined by Adam Langan, DDS, a practicing independent dentist, Kois Center graduate and Nobel Biocare key opinion leader specializing in implants and advanced digital dentistry. Langan brings the perspective of a clinician who has intentionally built a patient base that aligns directly with the kind of dentistry he wants to practice.
Together, they will walk you through how to identify your current growth pattern, what’s holding your collections back, and how to align your patient acquisition strategy with your clinical and financial goals — including a candid look with Langan at what the shift actually looks like in a real practice.
