COVID-19 Impact on AGD2020

AGD is monitoring COVID-19’s movement, assessing the situation locally, nationally, and globally and evaluating its impact on our members. We are preparing for any influence it may have on AGD’s upcoming meetings. At this time, AGD is monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization’s guidelines and recommendations as they relate to meetings and events.

In the event AGD2020 is cancelled as a result of COVID-19, registered attendees will receive a full refund, including conference registration fees and course fees.

Those registered for the 2020 Fellowship Review and Exam will receive a full refund less the $225 cost of the study materials in the event of a COVID-19 related cancellation.

We have posted information on our website with precautions and other resources, and we encourage you to review that information. 

No changes are currently planned for the scientific session, AGD2020, in Las Vegas, July 15-18. 

Should circumstances affecting the ability to host AGD2020 change, AGD will communicate to all members and registered attendees with next steps.
