Speaker Biography Douglas Damm, DDS, is professor of oral pathology at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Damm received his dental degree from Louisiana State University and holds a certificate in oral pathology from Emory University. He has participated in over 200 continuing education courses and speaking engagements.
