Description

Traditional success metrics in dentistry are no longer enough. This course introduces a new formula for sustainable practice growth: data + artificial intelligence (AI) + human experience. Participants will learn how to track and act on key performance indicators, leverage artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making, and deliver patient experiences that build trust and loyalty. Practical strategies for integration will be emphasized.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify five key performance indicators essential for measuring and improving dental practice success.
  2. Describe how AI tools support predictive analytics, communication and decision-making.
  3. Explain the impact of patient experience on retention, loyalty and long-term outcomes.
  4. Implement practical steps to integrate data, AI and patient-centered care into everyday practice management.

Speaker Bio  

Aditi Agarwal, DMD, is a practicing dentist, multi-practice owner and co-founder of Practice by Numbers (PbN). She originally built PbN to solve her own operational pain points — and now helps practices across the country gain control, improve efficiency and scale sustainably. A respected speaker and clinician, Agarwal brings a grounded, operator-first perspective to dental technology, bridging the gap between patient care and performance.
