Panelists

Akanksha Baheti, DDS, is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles’s Advanced Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry Program. Baheti quickly stood out for her precision, curiosity, and early adoption of digital tools like CAD/CAM systems and smile design workflows. She has authored 10 peer-reviewed publications, serves as editor-in-chief of Transforming Dentistry: Technology Meets Care, and holds two design patents: an automated dental radiograph analysis system and a pediatric syringe designed to ease children’s anxiety.

Sarah Hardin, DDS, FAGD, is the founding chair of clinical sciences at Lyon College School of Dental Medicine, Arkansas’ first dental school. Few dentists can say they’ve helped build a dental school from scratch, but Hardin can. She is helping design a program that will leave a lasting mark on dental education and access to care in the state.

Anthony L. Jaramillo, DDS, is the current president of San Antonio AGD. His path into organized dentistry began in dental school. The sense of community inspired him to join the San Antonio AGD board. Jaramillo exemplifies a new generation of dentists driven by purpose, grounded in empathy, and dedicated to helping people regain comfort, confidence, and health.

Maj. Austin Stubbs, DDS, MS, DC, exemplifies how clinical excellence and military readiness can align to serve both patients and the profession. For Stubbs, dentistry isn’t confined to the clinic — it’s part of a mission. Whether operating with limited resources or coordinating complex missions, he approaches every challenge with a focus on people, trust and purpose.
