Description

Life can feel overwhelming, trapping us in cycles of self-doubt and comparison. We tell ourselves lies like “I’m not good enough” or “I must be perfect to be accepted,” shaped by societal pressures and habits that undermine our happiness. This course will help you uncover these patterns and rewrite your narrative through a proven five-step framework. Rediscover your passions, embrace your strengths, and break free from self-deception to create a life of joy, purpose and authenticity.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand how false beliefs and comparisons create emptiness and dissatisfaction, even with success, and how self-deception harms joy, purpose and passion.
  • Discover the lies we tell ourselves, why we believe them, and the societal and psychological factors that keep them going.
  • Learn and apply a five-step framework to detect when you are lying to yourself, and take actionable steps to break free from those lies.
  • Leave with a renewed sense of hope, equipped with the tools to rediscover a life brimming with joy, laughter and authentic fulfillment.
