Improving the Esthetics of Tetracycline-Stained Teeth

7-19-21_GenDenAs a broad-spectrum antibiotic and a first-line treatment for acne, tetracycline is a commonly used drug. However, adverse effects may include dental staining depending on dosage, treatment time and stage of dental mineralization. A case report in General Dentistry describes minimally invasive treatment to improve the esthetics of tetracycline-stained teeth.
