Speaker Biography
Dr. Don Lewis is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently in private practice in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his undergraduate BS in Chemistry from Valparasio University in 1972 and his DDS from Case-Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1976. Dr Lewis completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University Hospitals of Cleveland in 1980 and is an Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Case-Western Reserve University.
