Description
Many developing problems in pediatric patients such as impacted canines, skeletal disharmony and airway issues are often overlooked. This lecture will review clinical and radiographic diagnostic factors to help identify problems in the location of adult teeth and skeletal balance. Cone beam computed tomography imaging using the i-CAT® system will be reviewed. Various fixed and removable treatment options will be presented. Clinical cases with thorough diagnostic analysis, treatment options, treatment rendered and treatment outcomes will be provided.

Speaker Bio
Christina R. Carter, DMD, graduated from the New Jersey Dental School of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and earned certificates in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics from the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. She completed a fellowship in craniofacial orthodontics at the NYU School of Medicine Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. She is in private practice in Morristown, New Jersey. She lectures frequently around the world and appears on SiriusXM’s Doctor Radio. She is also faculty at NYU in the departments of pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
