How can I register for the Fellowship Exam?

AGD Scientific Session – A member must complete the online meeting registration form, register for the exam, and submit the payment online. 

Fall Review Course - A member must complete the online registration for the exam via the fall review course link and submit the payment online. 

Computerized Exam - There are three (3) options for members to register for the Fellowship Exam at a computerized testing center:

  • Option 1:  Email the 2-page exam application, in pdf format, as an attachment to education@agd.org and pay the $650.00 exam fee via the AGD PayPal link.
  • Option 2: Fax the 2-page exam application to 312-335-3428 and pay the $650.00 exam fee via the AGD PayPal link.
  • Option 3: Mail the 2-page exam application and $650.00 check to the address provided on the application.
Members will not be eligible to sit for the exam due to an incomplete exam application or registration.
