The AGD recommends you maintain a file, either paper or electronic file, of volunteer activities as soon as you apply for the AGD Mastership Award. Upon completion of each activity, have the organization complete the Volunteer Verification Service Form, available on the AGD Website. Additional documentation, such as a thank you letter on the organization’s letterhead can be attached to each form. If you are unable to have a representative from the organization complete the Volunteer Verification Service Form, ask them to provide a letter on letterhead, or an email, that documents the date and a brief description of the activity, as well as the number of hours you participated.
