Exam Price: $600
The AGD Fellowship Exam is a four hour, 252 question multiple choice test emphasizing clinical applications of accepted dental knowledge, techniques, and procedures. The Fellowship Exam fee is a separate fee from the course registration fee. To register, select 2021 AGD Fall Fellowship Exam during the registration process. No exam applications or payments will be accepted on-site.
Please note: No lunch will be provided on the testing day.
Exam Cancellation Policy: (Paper/Pencil Version Only) The exam fee is fully refundable up to five days prior to the paper and pencil exam date. The exam fee is refundable minus a $50 processing fee if the exam is canceled less than five days prior to the paper and pencil exam date. No refunds are given for failing to take the exam or for not passing the exam. No discount will be given for those members who come within five points of the passing score.
