What AGD does at their annual session better than anybody is there hands-on component, their hands-on workshops. That really is in their wheelhouse. It’s what they are known for. In dentistry, you can sit and listen to a lecture all day long and you’re only going to get a certain percentage of which you can implement with your patients. It’s what we do with our hands, if you can actually do it here in an environment where there is no time pressure and you’re not trying to act like you know what you’re doing in front of patients, you really get to learn it at a different level. And that is something they do, they have the largest number of hands-on workshops.”
– Lee Ann Brady, DMD, member since 2002.

There will be cadaver courses hosted at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, a Botox course with cadaver review, a two-day anesthesia/sedation program, as well as the return of one-hour lectures. The AGD2018 brochure with other educational highlights, events and details will hit mailboxes this month.
