Take the Fellowship Review Course and Exam at AGD2018
Imagine a potential new patient, researching which dentist to go to. The choice is down to two different dentists. Both have good experience, reviews and recommendations — but only one has an AGD Fellowship Award. The patient decides to go to the dentist with the FAGD credentials after their name.
It’s the little things that matter when trying to find new patients. Those additional 500 CE hours and tested knowledge truly sets you apart professionally.
So why doesn’t every AGD member pursue their Fellowship? Because it’s time consuming? Or it’s too hard? At AGD2018, we try and make it a little easier for you by offering the Fellowship Review Course, which takes place two days prior to the Fellowship Exam held at the annual Scientific Session. This course is the best way to refresh your knowledge and set yourself up for success before the exam.
Active members can take the Fellowship Review Course or Fellowship Exam as early as 90 days after becoming an active member and regardless of CE hours earned.
The two-day review course will be held:
Wednesday, June 6, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 7, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Those who attend will receive a complimentary copy of the AGD Fellowship Exam Study Guide prior to the course.
Attendees may take the AGD Fellowship Exam on the day immediately following the review course. The exam includes material from all dental disciplines and emphasizes clinical applications of accepted dental knowledge, techniques and procedures.
What to expect:
- 250 multiple-choice questions
- One-day, four-hour testing session
The exam will be held:
Friday, June 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Fellowship exam is a major accomplishment toward the Fellowship Award and can be taken regardless of how much CE you've earned so far as an AGD member. Stand out among the competition and distinguish yourself professionally by registering for the Fellowship Review Course today!
