Celebrate Fellows, Masters and LLSR Recipients at AGD2017

AGD2017 Convocation Ceremony

Guest attending AGD2017 are invited to share in the camaraderie as AGD honors the accomplishments of its 2017 Fellows, Masters and Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition (LLSR) recipients. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis; all guests are welcome. Doors open at 4:15 p.m.

This year, 280 dentists have earned Fellowship in the AGD. This award recognizes dentists who seek to provide the highest quality of dental care by remaining current in their profession. To receive this honor, a dentist must complete 500 hours of continuing education (CE), pass a comprehensive exam, and fulfill three years of continuous membership in the AGD.

Also this year, 98 dentists have earned Mastership in the AGD, the association’s highest honor and one of the most respected designations in the dental profession. To receive this award, a dentist must earn the Fellowship Award and complete 1,100 hours of CE.

Twenty-two dentists will be honored as Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition recipients during the AGD 2017 Convocation Ceremony. This distinction acknowledges the continued achievements of AGD Masters who recognize the need for continuous learning and to stay active both in organized dentistry and their communities.

Following the ceremony, join AGD leaders and 2017 AGD awardees at an elegant poolside reception to celebrate the achievements of the 2017 class of AGD Fellows and Masters, at Caesars Palace’s world-renowned Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis.
