Member Login Help

What is my username?
Your username is the same as your preferred e-mail address or your 6-digit AGD member ID. (i.e. 123456). You will notice this is a new, shorter AGD member ID. This number will assure your AGD records are more secure. This is especially important as membership records are now accessible online, allowing you to edit, update and view your records. Log In Now!

I don't know or have my username.
If you have misplaced your username or 6-digit AGD member ID, you may use the Forgot My Login application. You will be asked to submit your date of birth, e-mail address, and ZIP code. An e-mail will be sent with your username.

What do I do if I forgot my username?
You have the ability to retrieve your forgotten username by telling us your date of birth, email address, and Postal code. Go to Forgot My Login application now.

What is my password?
Your default password is your date of birth. It must be entered using the following format: mmdd19yy
(i.e. 01011900 is Jan 01, 1900). If you have changed your password from being the default password, you can request to have your password reset.

This is my first time logging into the Web site. What should I do?
There is nothing special you need to do. All AGD members are given web access immediately after joining. Your username is your preferred e-mail address or your 6-digit AGD member ID. Your password is your date of birth, using mmddyyyy as the format, by default. You may change your password to something else after you login. Simply click on the My AGD tab after you login and click on Change My Password. Log In Now!

What if my D.O.B (date of birth) doesn't work?
We may not have your Date of Birth (D.O.B) on file. Use 03011997 as a temporary password. Once you initially login, we encourage you to log in now and change your password to something you can remember. Log In Now!

How could I change my password ?
You have the ability to change your password to something you can remember. You may use only numbers and letters for the new password. No spaces or symbols will be accepted. The new password must be between 6-10 characters in length.

You will be required to provide your current password, new password, and repeat the new password for verification. If you do not remember your current password, you could reset your password.
Change Your Password Now.
