Scanning AGD Membership Cards
In order to make the collection of AGD membership numbers easier for providers at courses, all AGD membership cards now have a magnetic bar code. Some time during the program, providers should scan each membership card. Information on the scanner can then be downloaded onto a Microsoft® Word or Excel document and then copied into the AGD’s Online Roster Submission form. Providers must still maintain a complete participant roster that includes both AGD members and nonmembers.
