Participants will thank you when you protect their privacy by submitting continuing dental education (CDE) credit online using the AGD’s online roster submission form. Online submission prevents the sharing of personal information that may occur each time a roster is faxed or mailed to the AGD. Faxed or mailed rosters are electronically scanned and attached to the member’s record. The electronic document cannot be altered. So, when a roster contains personal information, such as participant phone numbers or addresses, all participants on the roster have access to the information. If you are unable to submit the CDE online, the AGD recommends using a roster format similar to the sample roster found in the PACE Providers Tools section of the AGD Web site. The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) is adamant about protecting our members’ privacy and our members expect PACE-approved providers to be as well. Participants will appreciate your efforts and thank you with referrals.
