CE and Fax Outages
In November 2011, the AGD experienced an issue with its systems that temporarily shut down operations. This impacted our CE recording software and CE fax system. Since then, most of our systems have been fully restored, and AGD staff members have been working diligently to enter the backlog of submissions to ensure your records are up-to-date as soon as possible. The AGD is now processing CE received at the beginning of January. Please check your transcript to ensure the accurate recording of CE that you submitted to us between November 2011 and Jan. 1, 2012.
