This course is the final webinar in the “Physical Strategies for Dentistry” series. It will discuss how sleep impacts how well you perform and the quality of your life. It will also discuss how the individual dentist can be proactive in reducing physical pain and impairments and extend their practicing life.

Speaker Bio  

Ralph A. Cooley, DDS, FAGD, is currently the assistant dean of admissions and student services at the UTHealth School of Dentistry in Houston, after practicing dentistry for 34 years in Conroe, Texas. Cooley has been involved with organized dentistry in many capacities through the years. Currently, he is the chair of the Dental Quality Alliance, the AGD representative on the National Code Maintenance Committee, a member of the AGD Legislative & Governmental Affairs Committee, and a delegate in the AGD House of Delegates. Cooley has a passion for sports and fitness. He played baseball at Rice University and has been involved with coaching baseball for over 20 years. He maintains that passion for fitness today as it applies to dental practice and teaches the “Dental Fitness” course to dental students as well as at continuing education meetings throughout the country.
