Join us for AGD’s fourth annual Advocacy Conference on Saturday, October 29, 2022! The Advocacy Conference is an opportunity for members to discuss the most prominent issues facing general dentistry, learn about the importance of advocacy and partake in training to strengthen your advocacy skillset.

Attendees should be ready and willing to engage with their elected officials and interested in learning about how they can take action to support AGD’s advocacy efforts. Ideally following the conference, attendees will be able to set up a similar event for their state or region with the goals of sharing best practices for advocacy, as well as establishing a cadre of like-minded members who are prepared to advocate on behalf of the profession.

One hour of CE can be earned for every hour of the conference attended (minus lunch), equaling a possible eight hours total. AGD has reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown West Loop for the night of Friday, October 28. Attendees will be reimbursed for their hotel stay and will be provided a per diem of $75.00. Additionally, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided during the conference at AGD headquarters. Attendees should take advantage of complimentary breakfast at the Hampton Inn and will be responsible for their costs of airfare and ground transportation.
