Speaker or Co-Speaker ID: You will find this numeric Speaker ID or Co-Speaker ID on your application confirmation e-mail.
Application ID: You will find this numeric Application ID on your application confirmation e-mail.
E-mail Address: Your e-mail address from the application.
AGD Member: Use your 6-digit AGD member ID and password to login to AGD website. |
