Academy of General Dentistry Foundation - Make a Contribution

To support projects and programs that fulfill the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Foundation's Mission, the AGD Foundation offers a variety of gift levels and channels for general dentists, corporate sponsors, or interested individuals to contribute.

AGD Foundation Donors are individuals who make personal contributions of $100 or more annually.

Becoming an AGD Foundation Corporate Grantor, with a contribution of $500 to $5,000, increases your company's visibility to an audience of 35,000 general dentists through acknowledgement in our publications, on AGD’s  Web site, and at major events, such as the annual meeting.

The AGD Foundation was incorporated in 1972, in the state of Illinois, and is exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as a vehicle to accept tax deductible contributions for the purpose of supporting charitable and education programs.
