AGD Foundation Call to Serve

The AGD Foundation’s Nominating Committee is seeking Board of Director candidate nominations for the 2012–2014 board term. The 12-member AGD Foundation Board of Directors is the ultimate governing authority for the AGD Foundation, and its mission is to govern the Foundation, protect the organization’s image and assets, and support the activities of the AGD through fundraising and grant-giving. We encourage AGD members to nominate individuals who they believe will help further the AGD Foundation through their leadership and commitment. For nomination guidelines and instructions for submission, please read the call to serve guidelines. All board nominations must be submitted by Jan. 31, 2012, for consideration.

The AGD Foundation was incorporated in 1972, in the state of Illinois, and is exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as a vehicle to accept tax deductible contributions for the purpose of supporting charitable and education programs.
