Customize your AGD2018 course schedule with one-hour lectures.

“I’ve never taken a one-hour topic before and I find it interesting because normally I do a four hour or all-day lecture. It was great to have a little bit of information and if I want to increase my knowledge in that I can always go back and take a longer or more formal course.”
  - Sheila Sammadar, DDS, member since 2001

What if you could rearrange your entire schedule and optimize your time to the fullest? With most dental conferences only about three days long and having only half-day or full-day courses, time becomes extremely valuable.

With one-hour courses, you can customize your day and get the most out of your AGD2018 experience. Instead of sitting through one lecture all morning, you can customize your morning schedule and attend three different one-hour courses covering different topics.

Here are just two of the many topics being offered in the flexible one-hour lecture format at AGD2018:

Emerging Trends in Periodontics in the 21st Century
Jim Grisdale, DDS, MRCD
This topic will be broken up into three one-hour courses and is designed for the entire dental team. It will provide a comprehensive, in depth view on the past, current and future concepts of periodontal treatment including the management of those patients who do not respond to conventional periodontal treatment.

What The Hell Is That?
James, C. Weir, DDS, JD
This topic will be broken up into six one-hour sessions. This presentation is designed to review the clinical presentation and management of common oral lesions. The emphasis will be on how to establish a differential diagnosis for an oral lesion and how to distinguish similar-appearing lesions on the basis of their clinical presentation.
