Constituent Manuals

The following constituent manuals are provided to assist constituent leaders in working with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) to better represent the advocacy needs of general dentists within their respective constituents.

The Constituent Legislative Chairperson’s Resource Manual is provided here to assist your constituent’s legislative chairperson or, where there is no legislative chairperson, your constituent president, to work with the AGD Council on Legislative and Governmental Affairs to represent the state legislative and regulatory interests of general dentists.

The Constituent Dental Care Chairperson’s Resource Manual is provided here to assist your constituent’s dental care chairperson, or, where there is no dental care chairperson, your constituent president, to work with the AGD Council on Dental Care to represent the dental practice and dental benefits needs of general dentists in your constituent.

The CAPWIZ Manual is provided for constituent leaders to assist members within their respective constituents to take action and voice their opinion to legislators, regulatory organizations, and leaders of other organizations to strengthen the position of general dentistry on legislative, regulatory, and dental care issues.
