Speaker Biography Dr. David A. Wank is a practicing general dentist and an authority on dental website development, search engine optimization, and social media. He earned a B.A. in English Literature from Tufts University, and received his dental degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2003. He is the president of Short Hills Design, LLC, a web development and Internet Marketing firm for dentists and physicians, based in Short Hills, NJ, and is a member of the Board of the New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Wank is the author of The Web Design Workbook for Dentists, a 100+ page non-­‐technical guide for dentists and dental team members that explains the website development process, search engine optimization, and social media in detail. The goal of the Workbook is not for dentists to build their own websites -­‐-­‐ rather for the dentist and staff members to understand what they should be looking for in their Internet presence -­‐-­‐ and how to make sure the implementation is successful.
