Speaker Biography Dr Rosenblatt graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1997. He completed a GPR at St Joseph’s Medical Center in Reading Pennsylvania in 1998. He has been practicing in the Chicago area for the last 9 years. He is presently the owner of Forest North Dental in Lake Forest Illinois. He runs a suburban family practice that performs procedures in all facets of dentistry from simple cleanings to implant placement and restoration. Dr Rosenblatt has lectured both nationally and in Canada regarding CEREC and founded the Northern Illinois CEREC study club, one of the largest CAD/CAM study clubs in the country. Dr Rosenblatt is a CEREC in-office trainer for Patterson Dental as well as a beta tester for Sirona. In what is left of his spare time, he enjoys spending it with his wife and 3 children. He also likes to ski, road bike and sneak in a round of golf when allowed.
